Still won't work

After trying to 'reset all settings' EVERY time I want to print, the damn thing still wants to print my entire history. That means every single page I send to the printer is being replicated continously.

I can't stop it, no one will give me any advice as to how to permanently fix this problem so I have un installed. Its a shame, I really miss my old version which worked beautifully.

Thanks for the no advice guys, seems that this product is just plain bugged and faulty.
