word doc. included pics have lines with pdfcreator! Any clue?

Hi!

I created a pdf file from a word document but the picures have fine tiny lines. I would like to make flyers with it, so how can I get the lines off? I use ghostscript, windows XP professiopnal sp3.Thanks for answering

mostly if u zoom in the lines disappear. they are only visible on-screen, not when printed.
