Can't see any text in the pdf ?

Newbie here

I just installed this on a new Windows Server 2008 R2 Terminal server

I did the server install (change user /install) but used the single user (client version) of the product

When i use the pdfcreator to print a file and open it it it is emply. If I try to open a pdf with adobe reader you can see the text, but not using pdfcreator, it shows nothing.

any ideas?
