I'm trying to print a Excel Form. If I print direclty from Excel to the printer the size of fonts, layout, etc. are correct. If I save the Excel form to pdf file with pdfcreator and then print to the printer, the fonts and layout are smaller on the paper. I have tried changing the Excel > Page Layout > Size > from "Letter" to "Letter Small". This helped make everything bigger but not enough. Any suggestions?
There seems to be some sort of problem where the margins are larger than what one should have thus making everything printed smaller.

i thing there were other posts and I made posts in the old forum about this.
