Page Rotation after 0.9.3

I noticed that after version 0.9.3 of PDFCreator, combined jobs are always automatically rotated to the same orientation. For example, if I combine 3 documents to pdf, one landscape, 2 portrait, they'll all be landscape or vice versa depending on which one I select to be first. I've tried the auto-rotate option, but with no luck. In 0.9.3, everything works perfectly, but since that release, I've found this same problem in every version. Anyone have any thoughts?
